Sk8 The Infinity Season 2 Release Date Status Updates: Is Another Season Happening?

All the people who love SK8 The Infinity can finally take a breather. Studio Bones and the No Border animation studio recently said that a new SK8 project is in the works. The chances are good that this project isn’t anything else than SK8 The Infinity Season 2. Its first season had some problems with production, but that didn’t stop the show from being a big hit. Anime fans now think that the skate racing competition will get even more intense when the show comes back to the big screen. So, when is the second season going to start? Here are the most up-to-date facts.

TV show: SK8 The Infinity is a Japanese show about skateboarding. Studio Bones made the first twelve-part episode of this show. One of the best directors, Hiroko Utsumi, was in charge of this project. First episode: January 10, 2021. On April 4 of the same year, the season finale of the show was on TV. In March 2021, there will also be a manga version of this show.

If you like the show, there’s good news. The anime is going to come back for a second time! SK8 The Infinity is already being worked on for a second time. In the first season of SK8 The Infinity, anime fans were surprised by how beautiful it looked, how exciting the skateboarding was, and how well-written the story was.

It was easier to think that the anime would get another season because of how well it was received by the public. They announced that they were working on a new “SK8” project together on July 4, 2021. The second season of “SK8 The Infinity” is what people think they are talking about. No one can say for sure yet. Some people think the new project will be a movie. A teaser for the next project has already been released. But, it doesn’t say if it’s season 2 or a movie.

SK8 The Infinity Season 2: Release Date

Since the second season of the anime has already begun to be made, it is likely that the new episodes will be on TV soon. If everything goes as planned, SK8 The Infinity Season 2 could be out in Winter 2023 if there are no problems with the production. As soon as we know the release date, we will add this section to this page.

SK8 The Infinity Season 2: Plot

In the end of the first season of this exciting skateboarding anime, Langa won the tournament after defeating Adams. He also reminded the other person, the main reason he skated. Langa also celebrated with his friends after he won a big game. Shadow was very angry when he found out that the florist he likes is dating someone else. It didn’t happen until the post-credits scene. Tadashi told Adams that he didn’t sell him out, but now he has to act like his dog.

SK8 The Infinity Season 2: Plot

If you want to see Langa and his friends skate downhill in Tokyo, the second season of SK8 The Infinity is going to show him and his friends there. Besides that, they’ll get to meet skaters who are on a whole other level in Tokyo. As soon as the new school year starts, Koyomi’s journey of skateboarding will start as well. If you’re a fan of the show, you can expect to see an episode about snowboarding as well.

SK8 The Infinity Season 2: Casts

There are a lot of people who voiced the main characters in ‘SK8 The Infinity,’ and we think they’ll be back if there is a second season. This includes Tasuku Hatanaka from My Hero Academia as Reki, Chiaki Kobayashi as Langa, Chiaki Kobayashi as Miya, and One Punch Man voice actor Hikaru Midorikawa Cherry Blossom.

Not yet, though. As we said, we don’t know if the new project announced is the new season of the show. But, if it is, we might see the trailer  in mid 2022, or something like that.
