According to Scooper Grace Randolph, a past Batman who appeared briefly after The Flash “could potentially stick around as the new permanent DCU Batman” and Damian Wayne’s father in The Brave and the Bold.
However, James Gunn quickly dispelled speculations that he would consider George Clooney to play Batman in the DC Universe with an emphatic “absolutely not” before stating the reinvented Dark Knight will be portrayed by a “new actor.”
