The pair decided to dissolve their marriage on December 29, 2006. “Michael and Juanita Jordan mutually and amicably decided to end their 17-year marriage,” their statement read. “A judgment for dissolution of their marriage was entered today. There will be no further statements.”
A source claims that during this period, “[Michael] ha[d] not been home much” and that Vanoy’s “divorce filing assert[ed] that they ha[d] lived separate and apart’ for some time.” Neither side explained why they broke up. Reports claimed that Jordan’s gambling addiction and numerous affairs were to blame, which he vehemently rejected.

Are Michael Jordan & Juanita Vanoy Still Friends?
Following their divorce, Jordan and Vanoy have kept in touch. The couple disliked PDAs, according to a family acquaintance named Les Coney.
