However, the do-it-yourselfer found inspiration and shed pounds in the past few years. Her journey started in 2019 when she was said to weigh in at her highest. Her excessive weight made even the simplest tasks difficult.
Monica was a lot of the time uneasy and exhausted. Therefore, Mangin concentrated on her regular diet and exercise to shed extra pounds. This has led to Monica Mangin losing almost 60 pounds throughout the last few months.
The first thing she did was to alter the eating routine. Monica limited her intake of fats to lower her cholesterol. Monica first moved to a healthier diet, cutting out sweets and processed foods. In recent episodes of LiveKellyandMark, she has appeared with a trimmer figure.
She added more plant-based foods, such as fruits and greens, into her diet. She also monitored her cholesterol levels regularly and avoided consuming more fat than she burned off through physical activity.
The 41-year-old woman had to work hard to overcome the physical obstacles. Mangin had several challenges along the way, but she maintained her drive and succeeded in losing weight.

Monica began by making dietary changes. She became more conscientious about her diet. She decided to make a change for the better and gave up sugary and processed foods. She swapped it out for more nutritious options like raw fruits and veggies.
She kept careful tabs on her calorie intake, making sure to burn off more energy than she took in each day. Monica had to force herself to be physically active and to work out. She insisted that exercise be a part of any plan to lose weight.
This is her all-time favourite sweet treat, which she enjoyed despite her diet:
- 1/2 cup quick oats
- 1 small banana (broken up into small chunks)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa
- 2 Tbsp Unsweetened Applesauce
- 15-20 drops of Liquid Stevia
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup of Light Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk or Light Vanilla Soy Milk
- Dash of salt
- 2 Tbsp. fat-free cool whip (optional)
In a small pot, spray some cooking spray. Put everything into a small saucepan and stir to combine. Combine all of the ingredients by mixing them. Raise the temperature to high and keep going the oatmeal until it thickens and begins to boil.
When the oatmeal reaches a slow boil, please remove it from the fire but keep going for another minute to ensure it is well heated. Could you put it in a bowl and dig in? Try topping it with some fat-free cool whip for an extra special treat!
