  • 1/2 cup quick oats
  • 1 small banana (broken up into small chunks)
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa
  • 2 Tbsp Unsweetened Applesauce
  • 15-20 drops of Liquid Stevia
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup of Light Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk or Light Vanilla Soy Milk
  • Dash of salt
  • 2 Tbsp. fat-free cool whip (optional)

In a small pot, spray some cooking spray. Put everything into a small saucepan and stir to combine. Combine all of the ingredients by mixing them. Raise the temperature to high and keep going the oatmeal until it thickens and begins to boil.

When the oatmeal reaches a slow boil, please remove it from the fire but keep going for another minute to ensure it is well heated. Could you put it in a bowl and dig in? Try topping it with some fat-free cool whip for an extra special treat!
