The Sharks are back to judge new businesses and products.
In its more than ten years on TV, Shark Tank has shown that it can cover many topics that people find attractive. It’s like a competition show because the hosts try to outbid each other. It’s also educational and inspiring because it shows successful entrepreneurs what it takes to start and run a business. And it’s like a shopping spree because viewers sometimes buy something they saw on an episode.
The 14th season of Shark Tank, which is back on ABC, keeps all of that going. But even after all this time on TV, Shark Tank is starting its new season with something unique. Read on to learn more about that and everything else about season 14 of Shark Tank.
Who Are The Shark Tanks Hosts?
The hosts of Shark Tank are called “the Sharks,” and six are on the show most of the time. Among them are Barbara Corcoran, Mark Cuban, Lori Greiner, Robert Herjavec, Daymond John, and Kevin O’Leary.
Also, the show has had several entrepreneurs who are not Sharks sit in as Sharks. Bethenny Frankel, Alex Rodriguez, Ashton Kutcher, and Richard Branson are among the people who have done this in the past. These are the guest hosts who were on season 13 of Shark Tank:
- Emma Grade
- Kevin Hart
- Peter Jones
- Daniel Lubetzky
- Nirav Tolia
This season will have two new Sharks. Gwyneth Paltrow, the founder and CEO of Goop and an Oscar winner, and Tony Xu, the founder, and CEO of Doordash, will be guests. Paltrow and Xu will appear in different episodes of Shark Tank’s 14th season. We don’t know if any other past guest Sharks will show up this season.

What Is The Idea Behind Shark Tank?
The main point of Shark Tank is to give aspiring business owners a chance to tell the Sharks about their business or product in the hopes that one of them will invest and help the company grow. If the Sharks like a product, they will often try to outbid each other, but if they think it is a dud, none of them may make an offer, and the entrepreneur can leave without a deal.
Shark Tank Season 14 Release Date?
Season 14 of Shark Tank starts on Friday, September 23, at 8 pm ET/PT. It joins other fall shows on ABC like Grey’s Anatomy, Station 19, Abbott Elementary, The Rookie, Feds, Bachelor in Paradise, and Celebrity Jeopardy!
Shark Tank has been on every Friday at 8 pm for a long time. The premiere of season 14 will be a little different, though, because it will be the first time that Shark Tank has a live episode. ABC says that all six main Sharks will appear in the attack. Here’s a summary of what will happen in the live season 14 premiere:
“When Shark Tank returns for its 14th season, it will be the first time it will be broadcast LIVE in front of a studio audience. Mark Cuban, Barbara Corcoran, Lori Greiner, Robert Herjavec, Daymond John, and Kevin O’Leary will listen to entrepreneurs without editing or filtering as they try to get a life-changing investment. Home viewers will be able to vote on whether or not the Sharks should take the plunge and make a deal during the one-night live event.”

Anyone subscribed to the provider or with a live TV streaming service that carries ABC can access earlier seasons of Shark Tank on ABC.com. These seasons, which include the most current season, 13, are available to anyone who wants to watch older episodes of the show. Additionally, you may watch previous seasons of Shark Tank on Hulu, but only up until season 11.
Although it is not possible to watch Shark Tank in the United Kingdom at the moment, the United Kingdom does have its adaptation of the show Dragon’s Den (Dragon’s Den preceded Shark Tank).
