Youn assumed that Megan had filler and Botox injections in her lips and under her cheeks in 2010. He also assumed that she might have undergone buccal fat removal soon after, along with a silicone chin implant for chin augmentation to give it a more angular appearance.
Youn speculated that Megan may have undergone an endoscopic brow lift after comparing a photo of her from the 2021 VMAs since her eyebrows look more raised and arched than they were a few years earlier.
Speaking about her eyes, Youn noted how much more “squinty” they seemed, which he suggested might be caused by fox eye or cat eye surgery (how appropriate! ), which entails raising the corners of the eyelids to create the slanted cat eye appearance.
