Adrienne Bailon Net Worth: How the Singer and TV Personality Built Her Fortune

Adrienne Bailon is a multi-talented artist who has achieved success as a singer, actress, and television host. She is best known for her tenure in the girl groups 3LW and The Cheetah Girls, as well as her role as a co-host of the daytime talk show The Real. But how much money is Adrienne Bailon worth, and how did she get it?

Adrienne Bailon Early Career and 3LW

Adrienne Bailon was born in New York City on October 24, 1983, to a Puerto Rican mother and an Ecuadorian father. She grew up in Manhattan’s Lower East Side, where she discovered her love of music and performing.

Latin pop star Ricky Martin took notice of her while she was singing in a church choir at Madison Square Garden in 1999. Martin persuaded her to join his Livin’ la Vida Loca Tour as a backup singer, which offered her the opportunity to join the female group 3LW.

Bailon, Kiely Williams, and Naturi Naughton made up 3LW, which stands for Three Little Women. In 2000, the band signed with Epic Records and released their debut album, 3LW.

The album was a commercial triumph, selling over a million copies in the United States and giving birth to the smash songs “No More (Baby I’ma Do Right)” and “Playas Gon’ Play.” The band also performed on tour with Destiny’s Child, Nelly, Eve, and Jessica Simpson.

However, 3LW had significant difficulties, including Naughton’s exit in 2002 following a heated fight and a lawsuit from their former management.

The trio remained as a duo, releasing two additional albums, A Girl Can Mack (2002) and Naughty or Nice (2002), but they were unable to replicate the popularity of their debut. Bailon and Williams then chose to branch out into other areas, such as acting and modeling.

The Cheetah Girls released three albums, Cheetah-Licious Christmas (2005), and TCG (2007), and toured. In 2007, Bailon signed with Island Def Jam Records for a solo career. Her 2008 first solo single, “Big Spender” with Fabolous, failed to chart.

She later worked with Ghostface Killah on Ghostdini: Wizard of Poetry in Emerald City and Ne-Yo on Libra Scale. She sang on the Coach Carter and Confessions of a Shopaholic soundtracks.

Bailon stated in 2009 that she was working on her first solo album, Adrienne. Her next two songs, “Superbad” and “Bye Bye”, also failed. She left Island Def Jam for Ne-Yo’s Compound Entertainment.
