After a rock was hurled at her car, a 20-year-old Colorado woman was slain that evening. Her de@th and a string of Wednesday night instances that are identical to it are being looked into by the local police enforcement.
According to the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office, suspects thought to be in a vehicle or standing by a roadside tossed a sizable rock at Alexa Bartell’s automobile in Jefferson County at around 10:45 p.m. local time on Wednesday. According to the sheriff’s office, the rock smashed through the windshield, struck, and killed her.
According to the sheriff’s office, Bartell was talking to a friend on the phone when she was hit. Although Bartell’s companion could locate her by tracing the phone after it went silent, authorities said.

Another rock was hurled through a windshield at 10:36 p.m., injuring the driver of the automobile only slightly. A Toyota’s body was damaged by a rock thrown at it a minute later at 10:37 p.m., but the driver was unharmed.
About eight minutes later, Bartell’s fatal occurrence took place. The final incident occurred in Arvada more than an hour and a half later, when a rock was once more hurled through a glass, inflicting minor injuries on the driver.
According to police, the suspects might have been using a “light-colored pickup truck or SUV.” According to the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office, an investigation is being conducted in collaboration with the Boulder County Sheriff’s Office, Arvada Police, and Westminster Police.
