Despite Inter Milan’s assertion that Milan Skriniar, a defender, will remain in Italy this summer, PSG has not given up on signing the Slovakian international. Tottenham is also allegedly interested in signing Skriniar.
Previous rumors have suggested that the Milanese giants will only allow their star defender to join PSG if an offer of €80m (£68m) or more comes in, thus the French giants could test Inter’s stance on Skriniar.
As there has been no progress made in extending Skriniar’s current deal with Inter, a late bid this summer could push the Italian side into selling the 27-year-old center-back, especially with PSG possibly plotting a spectacular lunge for the former Sampdoria star.
PSG have not entirely given up on Inter’s Milan Skriniar. Inter CEO Giuseppe Marotta says Skriniar is “certainly” staying. But PSG could yet test that stance before the window shuts. Issue remains over valuation. Skriniar has agreed personal terms with PSG.

Spurs have also long been interested in the Slovakian defender, Milan Skriniar, but with only a few days remaining in the transfer window and Antonio Conte’s team off to a fantastic start, a move for the Inter star looks doubtful.
While it’s true that Skriniar and Conte got along famously during Inter’s 2021 championship season, PSG is still the heavy favorite to sign the defender since Christophe Galtier wants to bolster his team’s central defensive alternatives for the upcoming season.
As a result, PSG should make a late move to sign SKriniar from the Milan Giants.
With a few days left in the transfer window, PSG should make a late move to sign Skriniar from Inter. The French club has been after the center-back for most of the summer, and personal terms between the player and club were agreed upon as early as June.
Considering PSG’s desire for a top-tier defender all summer and the fact that Skriniar wants to play in France but Spurs aren’t likely to make a move for the Inter star, the Ligue 1 club should make every effort to sign the 27-year-old before the transfer window closes, much to the dismay of Tottenham.
