Because of their involvement with the Shroom House, both Tachie and Geronimo are currently being prosecuted for several serious felonies. These allegations include ten counts of money laundering as well as ten counts of illegal supply of a prohibited drug near a school.
The state views the two suspects in this case as potential flight risks because neither of them is from Portland and the allegations against them involve the concealment of significant sums of money. As a response, the judge decided that each of their bails should be set at $1.5 million. In the latter part of this month, Geronimo and Tachie are scheduled to appear in court once more. The state has indicated that they will be requesting a grand jury in the matter of Tachie.
