When it comes to matchmaking, Kristin Cavallari says she’s “not going to settle” for anything other than a blue tick on Instagram.

In an interview with Dear Media’s “Not Skinny But Not Fat” podcast, the 35-year-old jewelry designer and unmarried reality star said, “I’ve really gone on quite a few dates.” It’s been “basically my dating app,” she said, prompting Hirsch to inquire whether she only reads messages from people who are “confirmed only.”

Instagram Direct Messages, according to Kristin Cavallari, are her go-to dating app. The “Laguna Beach” alum laughed and said, “Yeah, sadly.” It’s a pity, but I’m only interested in the verifiable.

“Hills” star Brittany Snow revealed she “dated someone right away” after her split from ex-Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler in April 2020. The couple has three children together.

Cavallari and Jay Cutler were married from 2013 to 2020 when they announced their split. It took the former “Very Cavallari” star no time at all to move on from her romance with the mystery man and meet Jeff Dye, an Instagram-verified podcaster.

Aside from joking that she’d been “seeing someone for a couple of months” as she “continued to go on other dates,” she said, “I’ve managed to keep things under wraps lately, which is wonderful.”
