As the final theatrical release from Marvel Studios in 2022, Black Panther: Wakanda Forever will hopefully wrap up the MCU’s Phase 4 slate with an emotional adventure. Black Panther 2 will include an incredible array of heroes and villains that will take Wakanda’s reputation to new heights inside the MCU, even if it will be without a critical component: the late Chadwick Boseman as T’Challa.
Heroic figures like Okoye, Shuri, M’Baku, and others will be crucial for their country to recover after suffering such a tragic loss. The film features several prospective successors to the Black Panther mantle and costume. Wakanda is on one side of the conflict, but on the other is the strong nation of Talocan, commanded by Namor the Sub-Mariner in his MCU debut, who has assembled a fearsome army to fight with him.
Fans have obtained a lot of photographs and photos depicting these characters, including the first full trailer, which debuted at San Diego Comic-Con 2022, with only a couple of months left until Black Panther 2’s release. New images featuring the MCU’s main characters continue this trend.

Black Panther 2 New Images Released
Promo art for the upcoming Marvel Studios film Black Panther: Wakanda Forever was just released on Twitter by the account @MCU Facility.
Danai Gurira’s Okoye, Letitia Wright’s Shuri, and Lupita Nyong’o’s Nakia are grouped in one picture. Winston Duke’s M’Baku, armed with his staff, stands behind the four heroes as they prepare for the upcoming battle.
The Talocanians, who live in the deep sea, are the antagonists of the sequel.
As portrayed by Tenoch Huerta, Namor the Sub-Mariner is decked up in what appears to be royal attire befitting his position as Talocan’s monarch. Namora, played by Mitzi Mabel Cadena, stands to his left, and Attuma, played by Alex Livinalli, is to his right.
Finally, we have a picture of Dominique Thorne’s Ironheart in one of her advanced outfits. Black Panther 2 will likely feature Riri Williams’ Mark I armor early in the film.
Black Panther 2 Villains vs. Heroes
Black Panther 2 is about to be released, and while these photographs don’t reveal anything new, they give eight different characters some additional screen time. To usher in a new era of MCU storytelling, the looming conflict between Wakanda and its aquatic neighbors promises to be tense. The uncertainty about who will succeed T’Challa as Black Panther only adds insult to injury.
