CDC Latest Study: Unvaccinated Are 29x More Likely to Be Infected With Covid-19

New CDC studies show that unvaccinated people are 11 times more likely to become infected and die from COVID-19 than vaccinated people.

Even with the Delta variant, one study confirmed that the unvaccinated are 4.5 times more likely to become infected, 10 times more likely to be hospitalized, and 11 times more likely to die.

Since April, the study was conducted in 13 states in the United States of America and included data on more than 600,000 COVID cases.

Rochelle Walensky, the CDC CEO, said Friday that more than 90% of hospitalized COVID-19 patients are not vaccinated, and there are 10 times more unvaccinated people in the hospital COVID-19 than people vaccinated.

Some additional studies show that the vaccine’s effectiveness decreases over time, especially in older adults.

For this reason, most specialists recommend boosters with mRNA vaccines. In the United States, these vaccines will be available as of September 20 for all those who have more than 8 months of being vaccinated.

Walensky said: “We have the scientific tools we need to turn this pandemic around. Vaccination works and will protect us from the serious complications of COVID-19.”

Millions of people in the United States have not received the vaccine against COVID-19 and put the health of the population at risk since new variants of the virus have emerged because people already vaccinated become infected with this disease, causing the virus to fuse with other components.

Believe it or not, the easiest way to end the pandemic is to get the entire world population vaccinated against COVID-19. If we are all immune to this disease, we can end it completely.

One of the strategies they are implementing in the United States is to demand that people return to their jobs by eliminating their unemployment benefit, and to work or apply for a job, one of the requirements is to be vaccinated.

Some states offer rewards like food, alcoholic beverages, and substantial amounts of money for people to get the vaccine.

Medicine specialists, for their part, implement the strategy of not accepting unvaccinated people in hospitals to avoid the spread of the disease within the facilities, to safeguard the lives of patients with chronic diseases that cannot be vaccinated against the virus.

The population must become aware and administer the vaccine against COVID-19 to end the pandemic. The government is doing its best, but people must act responsibly and fulfill their duty as citizens.
