In this post, you will find out who will perform at Thursday’s free event at Midland Beach in NYC? On Thursday, we’ll ask everyone on the East End a crucial question: Can you feel the beat?

In the Rise Up NYC, free concert series, artists like Stevie B (who hit No. 1 with “Because I Love You (The Postman Song)” in 1990), Corina (who had a No. 1 with “Can You Feel the Beat?” in 1985), Lisette Melendez (1991) and DJ Frankie Cutlass (who had a No. 1 with “Together Forever”) take the stage to promote peace, prosperity, and unity in the city.

Their performance site is Lot 8 at Midland Beach, at the intersection of Capodanno Boulevard and Hunter Avenue, directly in front of the Franklin D. Roosevelt Boardwalk and Beach.

The show begins at 7, and the doors open at 6 o’clock.
