Tom Holland, who plays Spider-Man, told his 67.7 million Instagram followers over the weekend that he’s taking a break from social media for his mental health. “Instagram and Twitter are too much for me to handle,” he said in a video that was posted Saturday. “When I read things about me online, I get caught up and start to spiral, which is very bad for my mental health. So I took a step back and got rid of the app.”

Holland’s last Instagram post was on July 1, more than a month ago. His last tweet was back in February. On Saturday, when he briefly went back to Instagram, the actor talked about a project called stem4 that his charity, The Brothers Trust, is helping. Stem4 is a charity for mental health that helps teens with free apps.

“There is a terrible stigma against mental health, and I know that asking for and getting help isn’t something we should be ashamed of, but it’s much easier to say than to do,” Holland said.

“These apps might be the first step you take toward being happier and healthier.” By Monday morning, more than 18.1 million people had watched the video, and nearly 6.8 million people had liked it.

On the actor’s video, famous people like singer Justin Bieber and pro wrestler Trevor Dean Mann wrote messages of support.

Mann, who goes by the name “Ricochet,” wrote, “Man, so many people look up to you.” “But your physical and mental health are what really matter, so take care of yourself and come back stronger than ever!”

With a heart emoji, Bieber said, “I love you, man.” At the end of the video, Holland told everyone how much he appreciated them listening. He said, “I’m going to leave Instagram once more.” “Thank you to everyone for your love and support. I love you all, and we’ll talk soon.
