The Voice Season 23: Who Are the Voice Coaches for New Episodes?

The Voice Season 23: John Legend and Gwen Stefani will be replaced by two new coaches for Season 23 of The Voice. The Voice’s 23rd season has already been ordered, which is terrific news. The unfortunate news is that Blake Shelton, the founding coach, will step down at the end of this campaign.

The renowned country music musician announced that he would leave The Voice after season 23, stating that he had debated the decision for some time. This program has entirely changed my life; I’ll always feel at home there. I want to thank everyone at The Voice from NBC, including all producers, writers, musicians, crew members, and caterers because it’s been a wild ride over the past 12 years of chair turns.

You are the best, by far. It takes a lot of energy, excitement, and booze (Ha!) to perform a live show twice a week. But before we mourn the loss, let’s look at what was good in Blake’s final season. Here is all we know so far about season 23.

Who are The Voice Coaches for Season 23?

Shelton will accompany seasoned coaches and newcomers for his final season of The Voice.

Chance the Rapper

Chance, the Rapper, shared his enthusiasm for the forthcoming season of The Voice and his role as a coach. “I’m excited to help aspiring artists and take full use of this life-changing opportunity. Be prepared for #teamchance.”

Grammy Award-winning artist, songwriter, and record producer Chance the Rapper will give The Voice a distinctive perspective as an ownership advocate and open doors for others in the music industry.

Chance has been breaking music industry records ever since he started his career. His third mixtape, Coloring Book, debuted at No. 8 on the Billboard 200 and, after accumulating over 57 million streams, became the first release to chart purely on streaming.

After winning the Grammy for Best Rap Album, it became the first album available entirely through streaming. Chance’s upcoming project, Star Line Gallery, will be available.

Niall Horan

Horan stated his enthusiasm for this season’s The Voice coaching role. While we compete with the other teams, I’m excited to get to know and mentor the new talent, said Horan. Horan brings a wealth of experience and a huge fan following to The Voice. He formerly belonged to One Direction, one of the best-selling boy bands of all time, and he has performed for countless fans in sold-out stadiums around the globe, including Wembley Arena. Storytelling is Horan’s passion.

Critics praised his two solo albums from Capitol Records, 2017’s Flicker, and Heartbreak Weather. The latest album debuted at No. 1 on the US Billboard 200 and included the popular singles “This Town” and “Slow Hands.”

Kelly Clarkson

Kelly Clarkson will occupy the fourth chair after a season off. For the ninth season of The Voice, Kelly is back. She has won with Brynn Cartelli, Chevel Shepherd, Jake Hoot, and Girl Named Tom four times. I’m eager to reconnect with my Voice family! Kelly stated. Team Kelly, let’s finish this up!

Who is Leaving The Voice Season 23?

Although it is already widely known that Blake Shelton is quitting the program, Gwen Stefani, who only appeared for one season, is also doing so. The enormous red swivel seats’ longest-serving resident, John Legend, who made his debut in Season 16 of 2019, will also leave during Season 23.

No information is available regarding whether John is merely taking a break or whether this is also his final season. We’re hoping he’s just taking a break as his wife Chrissy Teigen is anticipated to give birth to their first kid after the first of the year.

NBC’s response to a query regarding John’s departure was, “The red chairs change every season because the coaches have careers in music and other endeavors outside The Voice. The Voice family will always include John Legend.”

John then said to ET, “It would be best if I took a vacation because my family is expanding, I have a new record out, and I’m planning to do some touring. We took a vacation last season because the network attempted another show in our spot; I had assumed that would happen this season as well, but it turned out that they wanted us back. I’ll still be on The Voice, but not for the upcoming season.”

Which Coach Has Won The Voice The Most Times?

The last remaining original coach is Blake Shelton, who has eight victories in 21 seasons. He has four fewer wins than Kelly Clarkson. Adam Levine, a voice instructor, is in third place with three victories. Christina Aguilera, Gwen Stefani, Usher, Pharrell Williams, Alicia Keys, and John Legend all have one win.

Final Lines

Blake Shelton wants to stop being on The Voice. This spring, Shelton will leave the red chair after 23 years. Since he joined the talent show when it first started, he has won eight times and helped 15 artists get their songs to No. 1 on the iTunes Top Songs chart.
