Grey’s Anatomy Season 15 is particularly likely to send fans into a tailspin that will last for days. Still, it is these deaths that genuinely make the season worth remembering for Emmy voters.
The storyline of season 15 was so loaded that it included an infant’s death, which deserves special mention.
The 15th season didn’t just bring disease and death. It also brought about the rise of Meredith’s gifts to the world. Yes, cancer is terrible, but there’s no denying that she is a (figurative) Goliath in her own right. Here’s a list of the most tragic deaths in Grey’s Anatomy season 15.
Tad
Tad’s death was followed by “Wonderful” Eddie, the new intern who replaced Jo after taking up a fellowship at the Mayo. Eddie was born with a heart defect, something which his parents opted not to correct.
He didn’t want his life to be dependent on medicine and did not want to feel like a monster for having had received medical attention.
Tad was working with Amelia on her trauma case when he collapsed. Emma directed Pierce into helping Tad, but it was too late. He died in front of his fellow interns in the hospital cafeteria, shocking the entire audience.

Josh
Josh’s death was not the most tragic season, but it was still tough to watch. Upon hearing the news, he left his grandfather in tears, and fans knew he had only been given hours to live. He finally succumbed in Maggie’s arms, much to everyone’s shock and despair.
While she may have had a terrible reputation in the past, Charlotte was a lovely woman who loved her children very much, and Maggie felt that she deserved a chance at life.
Natalie
Natalie had been suffering from a brain aneurysm, and she was struggling to keep her spirits up, albeit at a high cost.
