Sydney Sweeney Discussed Panic Attacks

Sydney Sweeney talked about the toll her hectic schedule was taking on her mental health. Sydney Sweeney stated that she began having panic attacks in June of this year. She described herself as “losing my sh*t.”

Sydney took a break from work as a result of her panic episodes. After putting her phone aside for a while, she went to spend time with her family. “I still can’t get my thoughts to quiet chattering, and I don’t sleep,” she said, despite the fact that she had stabilized her anxiety throughout that time.

The changes in her routine, she said, were to blame for some of her anxiousness. Sydney has been really busy, as you’ve already seen. She was nominated for multiple Emmy Awards for her roles in Euphoria and The White Lotus.

Additionally, Sony has cast her as Madame Webb. Sydney’s newfound prominence has led to numerous public appearances, including the Met Gala, numerous award shows, and even a recent Red Sox game when she threw out the first pitch.

Experts recommend talking to yourself and practicing breathing exercises when having a panic attack. You can also seek treatment from a therapist or a doctor who can treat your condition.

Sydney also opened up about her personal life throughout the conversation, in addition to talking about mental health. “I want to have a family, I’ve always wanted to be a young mom, and I’m scared about how this industry places stigmas on young women who have children and looks at them in a different manner,” she said of her future plans.
