Fans have been waiting for news about season 2 of Squid Game since the show first came out. We would not be wrong to say that the last episode of Squid Game made everyone want a new season and episode right away. About whether or not the show will continue, the original network recently posted a short clip about the next season as a teaser. On June 12, 2022, the official Twitter account for Netflix sent out a short 10-second clip. So, we know for sure that season 2 of Squid Game will happen soon, in 2023.
The Cast of Squid Game Season 2
Last season, the plot of Squid Game, all the action, and the scary stories were enough to keep us all interested. However, it was the cast that really made the show stand out. Most of the characters didn’t make it out alive, so sadly, not all of them will be back for Squid Game Season 2.
We wish they could all have come back, but that won’t happen. Still, they didn’t all die, and we hope to see them in Squid Game Season 2 because it would be silly not to be in one of the most-anticipated shows.
We are looking forward to Lee Jung-return Jae’s as Seong Gi-hun because we think he will be the main character of Squid Game Season 2. We can also expect Lee Byung-hun to come back as the Front Man, who could also be one of the main characters, but this hasn’t been confirmed yet.
