Rahsaan, Lewis III’s younger brother, broke the news of his departure and sent a touching parting note expressing his sh0ck and sadness.
Rahsaan paid tribute to his brother, calling him a “true angel” and expressing his love and admiration for him. He ensured that Ray would “be our guardian,” his niece would “hear about u over and over,” and he would “keep Lewis III’s memory alive and make him proud.”
