Rapper Desiigner is accused of masturbating on a plane and exposing himself to other passengers, according to the prosecution.

According to CBS News Minnesota, the rapper from Brooklyn, whose actual name is Sidney Royel Selby III, was charged with a misdemeanor count of indecent exposure aboard a plane by the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Minnesota.

According to the prosecution, Selby repeatedly exposed himself while masturbating in the first class cabin of a Delta flight on April 17, according to CBS News Minnesota.

According to prosectors, the rapper, who is best known for his 2016 hit song “Panda,” was warned that his acts had broken federal law and was then transferred to the back of the aircraft where two of his traveling friends kept an eye on him.

After Selby’s flight touched down at Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport, according to the prosecution, an FBI agent interviewed Selby, CBS News Minnesota reported.

The rapper made a statement to his Instagram stories after learning about the incident, calling himself “ashamed” and saying that he was getting help.
