Joycelyn Savage, who has been rumored to be R. Kelly’s fiancee, has denied the pregnancy rumors through her attorney. Savage, who claims to be a victim of the disgraced R&B star’s s*x crimes, published her tell-all book Love and Joy of Robert on Amazon on Friday (August 12).
An 11-page excerpt of the book was obtained and within it, Savage revealed that she is pregnant with Kelly’s child. “Months later, I began expecting horrible morning sickness and was unsure what was wrong with my body,” Savage supposedly writes. When I first found out I was pregnant, I was terrified that I had contracted the deadly COVID-19 virus.
It looks like @Jacquees has been smoking some good sh*t. There’s only 1 King Of RnB and that’s @rkelly. You can like or dislike the man, but show some respect! R. Kelly did so much for the music industry, it’s a damn shame that people don’t recognize it!

According to Savage’s statement, R. Kelly gave his blessing for her to include an ultrasound shot in the exposé. She also said that the inmate singer’s crew had seen the manuscript and given their blessing for publication. Savage “is obviously not pregnant with R. Kelly’s child,” however, according to a statement released by Kelly’s attorney Jennifer Bonjean.
In addition to telling the publication that Savage’s book is not a tell-all memoir, Bonjean said, “people are just insane.” Savage filed a letter to U.S. District Judge Ann Donnelly in June, introducing herself as R. Kelly’s fiancée before the singer was sentenced to 30 years in jail. Kelly and his staff have not confirmed this, though.
In 2020, Savage and another alleged victim of R. Kelly’s s*x crimes, Azriel Clary, defended him on CBS Mornings, insisting that their connections with him were completely above board. But their loved ones argued otherwise, saying their children were merely “brainwashed.”
Since his conviction and conviction in June 2022, R. Kelly has been incarcerated. In a trial held in September 2021, he was found guilty of nine counts of criminal racketeering and s*x trafficking offenses. R. Kelly’s attorney has stated her intention to file an appeal of his conviction. At a press conference following his imprisonment, Bonjean criticized the inclusion of the RICO act allegation as “inappropriate.”

Bonjean affirmed that no violations of the RICO Act had occurred. The government improperly tried to bring in a RICO case despite the fact that these were isolated incidents that occurred over a period of years.
That there was no enterprise is all I can say. None of the usual signs of the enterprise were present. A single man was accused by multiple women, but this does not amount to a business, thus he is not guilty of racketeering. Bonjean further expressed her “excitement” for the appeal and her “confidence” that their arguments will be accepted by the court of appeals.
