Overlord Season 4 Release Date:
Even if it is confirmed, a release date for Overlord Season 4 has not been set as of January 2022. However, the fourth season of Overlord is expected to premiere in July 2022.
The Overlord anime is far from ended; a new season of the show was only a matter of time.
Since this series has already made a lot of money, there should be enough content for another season.
So I think it’s safe to predict that Season 5 of Overlord will be out within the next several years.
After a new season is confirmed, it usually takes between six and twelve months for the new season to be released. Thus, the projected delivery date of July 2022 seems reasonable.
Assuming the release date was April 2022, I think Kadokawa would have stated it in the newest teaser. The first two seasons of the show began in July as well, so it only makes sense that the third season would begin in July as well.
More than anything else, I’m interested in the number of episodes in the new Overlord season, because if it’s just 13, I’m not convinced they can adapt three volumes. They can, but the question is how quickly they’ll be able to do so.
Season 4 of Overlord has a lot riding on it, so hopefully, Madhouse can deliver.
There will be a lot more CGI in the third season, and I’m hopeful Madhouse can do better with it.
Overlord’s fourth season premiere date is expected to be announced within the next few months.
