Star Wars: Padawan, a new novel from Disney, tells the story of Obi-Wan Kenobi training as a Padawan under the guidance of his Master, Qui-Gon Jinn. As soon as the book was released, fans were able to get their hands on a few screenshots and story hints. The rumor that Obi-Wan Kenobi is bisexual or asexual is causing quite a stir in the fan community.
A New York Times Best-Selling novelist, Kiersten White, wrote the Padawan novel for Star Wars: The Force Awakens. Qui-Gon Jinn, Obi-mentor, Wan has a difficult time motivating Obi-Wan during his training.

On Coruscant, Obi-Wan and his fellow Padawans are often occupied with training and exercises. When Qui-Gon Jinn fails to show up for a mission that Obi-Wan has been assigned, Obi-Wan goes on his own. When he lands on a planet, he finds a swarm of unsupervised, Force-sensitive kids. On this journey, Obi-Wan will be put to the test as he proves his loyalty to the Jedi.
When one of the male youths makes a pass at Obi-Wan, a dramatic twist occurs. In response to the remark that he is unable to establish attachments, he dismisses it as a well-known Jedi rule. Obi-Wan, on the other hand, wonders if he’d ever had sex with any of the planet’s teenagers.
Alternatively, he might kiss them all. Obi-Wan, in the end, decides that he will not be kissing any of them, no matter what. The fandom has gotten a lot of mileage out of these few pages. Are there any members of the crew who Obi-Wan could picture himself kissing if he were to be declared bisexual?

No, I’m not saying he’s asexual because he doesn’t want to have sex with anyone. Since Jedi are taught to suppress their desires, it’s an intriguing peek into how a Jedi in training would think about his or her own desires.
We’ve seen Obi-Wan Kenobi struggle with forging relationships before in this work. Satine Kryze, a former Duchess of Mandalore, is introduced in Star Wars: The Clone Wars. During a mission to shield her from insurgents, Obi-Wan and Satine spent a year together on Mandalore together.
Though he was in love with her, Obi-Wan had to leave Satine behind so that he could continue his job for the Jedi Order, while Satine remained to serve the Mandalorians.

In keeping with the Jedi discipline, Obi-Wan never engages in sexual contact with Satine, but his conflicted emotions toward her are evident. It is Darth Maul who exploits Obi-feelings Wan for Satine to have Satine tell Obi-Wan she always loved him in front of him.
There is a possibility that the Jedi could be bisexual or even ace, despite Obi-failure Wan’s breaking the Jedi code and creating an attachment.
