Murder in SAN FRANCISCO – The San Francisco Police Department is investigating a homicide that occurred early in the morning in Visitacion Valley. The victim was a 77-year-old man who was killed in a peculiar attack that took place at a 7-Eleven.

At approximately 6:30 in the morning, according to investigators, a man began attacking customers at a 7-Eleven store on Bayshore Boulevard close to Arleta Avenue. Tuesday AM.

After that, the suspect allegedly exited the business and attacked a man named Richard Owens, 77 years old, beating him to death outside the store. According to the police, the suspect was apprehended as he departed the scene.

Owens was subjected to a violent beating, which can be seen on security cameras, according to the police, who described the incident as a random act of violence. Initial reports from the authorities said that the victim was 73 years old.

According to the police report, the incident began when the suspect approached a man waiting at the bus stop in front of 7-Eleven. The victim was 26 years old.
