Luke Bell Cause of Death? Is He Death By the Over Dose fentanyl!

An accidental fentanyl overdose was the cause of death for country artist Luke Bell, whose body was discovered in August in Tucson, Arizona. This information comes from an autopsy report.

According to the medical examiner’s report, Bell was “reportedly found unresponsive by a passerby in a shaded area of a parking structure.” Additionally, the investigation findings revealed that drug paraphernalia was located at the scene.
