Apple has picked up “Loot” for season 2. The quick renewal of the comedy series Loot Season 2 comes just five episodes into its ten-episode run, with the sixth set to premiere on July 15th. Additionally, it features Michaela Jaé Rodriguez, Joel Kim Booster, and Nat Faxon as well as Stephanie Styles as the series’ main characters.

When it comes to Molly Novak (Rudolph), has everything she could ever want: private jets, a home with an indoor pool, and an enormous megayacht. Because of this, she spirals into a public meltdown when her husband of 20 years betrays her.

Just when she’s about to hit rock bottom, Sofia Salinas (Rodriguez), the no-nonsense head of her charity foundation, approaches her and begs her to quit generating bad headlines. Molly embarks on a voyage of self-discovery with the support of her devoted aide Nicholas (Kim Booster), as well as Sofia and her crew, which includes mild-mannered accountant Arthur (Faxon) and her upbeat, pop-culture-loving cousin Howard (Funches).

According to Apple TV+’s head of programing Matt Cherniss, “Thanks to the immensely talented “Loot” cast and creative team who have created a show filled with fascinating characters, humorous moments, and emotional moments throughout each episode.” “We can’t wait to see what season two has in store for this program.”

It will take more than 10 episodes to save the world.
