In a sh00ting at a strip club in the south suburban Harvey over the weekend that injured a police officer, the brother of Chicago rapper Lil Durk was ki!!ed. Police were investigating whether a second fatal sh00ting might have been retaliation a few hours later.
Harvey spokesman Giavonni Nickson, “multiple shots” were fired and “lots of weapons recovered” early on Sunday at Club O, where Dontay Banks, also known as “DThang,” was ki!!ed.
A Harvey police officer heard gunfire and saw someone with a gun at the club at 17038 S Halsted St. shortly before Banks was shot. Nickson remarked.

The cop was shot in the thigh following an “altercation,” Nickson said, and subsequent gunfire broke out. Nickson stated that it was unclear whether the officer was the aim of the shot and that it was also unclear whether the officer fired back. The policeman was in excellent health.
Nickson reported that 32-year-old Banks was shot in the head from a distance of 500 feet. Banks “Among the other shots flying, Banks was caught in it,” she claimed.

Nickson and the Cook County medical examiner’s office, Banks, a Chicago’s Gresham area resident, was declared dead at the scene.
Nickson told another individual was slain in what may have been a reprisal sh00ting at around two in the morning.
Nickson, police were sent to 148 W. 155th St., a block west of Ingalls Memorial Hospital, where a sh00ting victim was found. She claimed that Sinica Price, 39, was shot in the head and later declared deαd at South Suburban Hospital in Hazel Crest.
Nickson, no arrests were made in any of the sh00tings. Lil Durk, real name Durk Banks, hasn’t responded to the passing of his brother.
King Von, a rapper on Banks’ Only The Family label who was shot and d!ed in November outside an Atlanta nightclub, was another artist he lost last year. Rapper OTF Nunu, the cousin of Banks, was shot and d!ed in Chatham in 2014.
