John McAfee Commits Suicide In Spanish Jail

McAfee was discovered lifeless moments after the Spanish government had requested his extradition to the United States, where he needed tax avoidance.

John McAfee, the producer of McAfee antivirus software, was discovered lifeless in a jail room in Barcelona. The accurate post-mortem reports have proved that McAfee died by suicide in the Spanish jail room. 

He fell regarding the Spanish government’s decision on his extradition to the U.S. The court had admitted his extradition to the U.S., where he was required for tax avoidance. Obviously agitated, McAfee had shown his pain overusing the rest of his life in jail if he were doomed in the U.S.

McAfee had further posted on Twitter regarding his life in prison a few days before his passing. The tweet stated, “There is much pain in prison, hidden as hatred. The pain is also visible in angry looks. 

I am ancient and content with food and a bed, but for the youthful jail is a fear a picture of the minds of the those who imagined them.” The tweet was published on June 10, 2021.”

A report announced in the Spanish-language paper El Pais verified that McAfee went by suicide while expecting his extradition to the U.S. 

It was concluded that McAfee had a suicide letter in his pocket when the defenders at the cell discovered him. The references do not disclose the content of the suicide data. His family has presently requested a second autonomous post-mortem.

John McAfee’s Wife Blames US

McAfee’s widow Janice had stated that her hubby was not suicidal when she last talked to him. “His closing words to me were ‘I like you, and I will call you in the twilight. Those talks are not talks of somebody who is harmful,” she said the writers. 

She criticized the U.S. while discussing the media outside the room where she managed her late hubby’s belongings.

John McAfee was discovered dead hours after the Spanish court had intended his extradition to the U.S. His wife said that they were prepared for that declaration and had a draft of action previously in place.

“I criticize the U.S. officials for this misfortune: Because of these politically motivated attacks upon him, my hubby is now lifeless,” she said.

McAfee was captured in October 2020 for not giving taxes between 2014 and 2018. It was found that despite making enough funds, McAfee ceased spending taxes. 

He avoided giving taxes by not getting his wages in his bank account. He supposedly received his money paid in the other bank account and cryptocurrency funds. In 2019, he stated that his ideological causes did not allow him to do so.

McAfee had moved to the U.S. in 2019 following his small job as a Chief Executive director at a cryptocurrency organization. He was supposed to be having a party time with his wife, puppies, and staff on his mega-yacht till he was captured in 2020.
