WRMX-FM in Chicago has a morning show hosted by Eric Ferguson. Beginning his career as an intern at WYTZ-FM in Chicago Later, he worked for John Records Landecker as a producer. It was just a matter of time until Eric found himself working for WTYZ – “Morning FM’s Zoo.” In Gainesville/Ocala, Florida, he made a name for himself hosting a morning show on WMMZ FM. Many radio stations began hiring him as soon as they heard about him. These include Allentown, Pennsylvania’s WHXT; Rockford, Illinois’ WZOK; Rock Island, Illinois’ WPXR; and Denver, Colorado’s KWMX-FM.
As part of WTMX’s morning show in Chicago in 1996, he was assigned to co-host the show with Kathy Hart. I found this to be a major obstacle. Because he had never met the individual before, Eric was nervous about how he would react. Before you become involved, you need to have a good understanding of the subject matter. The broadcast was dubbed “The Eric & Kathy Show” by the radio staff. Their images appeared on billboards all across the Chicago area during the show’s multi-year promotional push. Ratings went up and the channel was a complete success. Ferguson signed a five-year, $5 million contract extension with WTMX in 2001.
When Hart took a four-month break from the show in 2017, the 21-year partnership with her co-host came to an end. The show was renamed “Eric in the Morning” after Hart was fired by the WTMX.
The pair has been in the news a lot this week due to his suspension by radio station owner “Hubbard Radio” and the allegations leveled against him. Roger Feder, a prominent American media blogger, has been accused of misbehavior by some of his ex-employees.

In 2020, the couple decided to call it quits after 20 years together. The breakup of their relationship was sorrow for both of them. They were able to sell their six-bedroom house in Illinois for $2.899 million in May 2020. The precise cause for their separation has not yet been revealed. Eric Ferguson Divorce Jennifer Moran
Eric was accused of being a “serial abuser of women” by Mellisa, a former co-host at the radio station where they both worked. Eric has denied the allegations. The station is owned by Hubbard Radio, and the name of the show is The Mix station, which stands for “The Mix station.” However, while she submitted her report in court last week, her charges were made in a complaint to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in December. It all began when McGurren refused to agree to a contract extension at the time of the incident.
She had worked for the company for more than 20 years when she decided to retire in 2020. Her decision was met with surprise by the officials of the radio station. She made the decision to retire since station executives did nothing to address the situation with their most prominent radio personality. She claimed she had been hounded, mocked, and degraded to the point of exhaustion. With the exception of a perplexing post on her social media, there was nothing further to back up what she was saying. She stated in the post that the truth would eventually come out, but the sources were able to silence her completely.
It was claimed that Ferguson had pushed Cynthia DeNicolo, another former Mix co-host, and friend, to perform sexual favors for him in a complaint filed in May. Cynthia consented to this heinous deed out of concern that she would be fired from her work.
