This Fall has been busy for Kay Adams. After six years on the job, she stopped hosting “Good Morning Football” on NFL Network in May. She had a wide-ranging conversation on behalf of Smirnoff in which she talked about her reasons for leaving the show, ongoing talks about returning to NFL Network possibly, failed negotiations with Amazon, and her new deal with FanDuel.
Adams was asked about her career last week and said, “I knew last year that I wouldn’t be going back to ‘Good Morning Football.'” The end of my contract. I didn’t want to sign a new contract because I wanted to try something new.”
She said she is still trying to work out a new deal with NFL Network.
“NFL Network and NFL Media are my favorites. But we’re still looking for ways to make it work there. We’re still trying to get something done because I miss it. But I knew I was leaving “Good Morning Football” for a long time last year. I didn’t have a job lined up,” said Adams, who is helping the vodka brand Smirnoff find a “cocktail coordinator” during the NFL season.
If you are interested in knowing the wealth of NFL celebrities, then you can read about them:
“FanDuel is a company that has been in communication with me for a considerable amount of time. They have the goal of having a significant presence in the content game, and they are taking steps toward achieving this goal. When all was said and done, it was a generous offer. It’s crazy that I’m relocating to Los Angeles because I’ve lived in New York City for so long that I don’t even know how to drive.
This week saw the premiere of Adams’ brand new show, “Up and Adams,” and it can be found on FanDuel TV. Adams realized that she needed a fresh start about the time that her employment with NFL Network was coming to an end.
Adams stated, “It’s not like I left for something,” when asked about his departure. You are aware of what it is, right? It is one of my goals in life. It seemed to me that my job was finished there. As in, “Do I stay here, where it’s comfy, for however many more years, in this work that I love, even though it’s a grind?” Or do I want to go around and see what’s available?'”
Adams was considered by many in the business to be a leading contender for the post of presenting Amazon’s “Thursday Night Football” coverage; however, Charissa Thompson was ultimately chosen for the position.
Adams responded by saying, “They gave me an offer.” “In addition, we’d been talking for an extremely long period. It’s a job I’ve wanted for a long time. I’m sorry that we couldn’t reach an agreement and that a solution was never born.
Despite this, Adams is thrilled about her new position at FanDuel, which recently transformed the traditional horse racing network TVG into a channel that will feature a mix of studio programming and live sporting events. The first episode of her show, “Up and Adams,” debuted this week.
“We couldn’t be more ecstatic,” she remarked. “Not every day, and certainly not at every place you work, will the CEO take the time to sit down with you and talk about what you want, what you perceive to be successful, and how we can achieve it. Mike Raffensperger, FanDuel’s Chief Marketing Officer, and Amy Howe, the company’s CEO, sat down with me for an extended period to discuss this topic.
Everyone is highly focused on merely producing high-quality content. I’m going to put on a concert for them, and Pat McAfee raves about how supportive FanDuel is, and he says it all the time. I have minimal experience in the game industry, but I plan to gain knowledge about it alongside the other attendees. It is in no way, shape, or form an actual gambling show.

Since leaving his position on “Good Morning Football,” Adams has traveled worldwide. She gave an account of her trip while dropping hints about upcoming information.
“I traveled to Africa, and I also traveled to Greece. I traveled all across Europe. I went to the Wimbledon tournament. “I went home and visited with my family,” she explained. It just so happened to coincide with this, but I wouldn’t claim that FanDuel is the only thing I’ll be doing in the future.
Uploading a video of oneself mixing a Smirnoff cocktail is required for those who wish to be considered for the “cocktail coordinator” position at Smirnoff. The winner will receive a trip for two to the Super Bowl, which will be held in Arizona.
