Connor Hughes News
Security The Seattle Seahawks’ Jamal Adams is in hot water after making fun of the wife of NFL reporter Connor Hughes. The choice to allow tight end Jake Ferguson to score a touchdown in the fourth quarter was one of the many things Hughes had lambasted Adams for during Thursday Night Football against the Dallas Cowboys.
Reporter Connor Hughes of SNYtv shared a scene from the play on X and commented, “Yikes.” Adams, who seemed to take offence at Hughes’ tweet, reposted the video along with a photo of Hughes and his wife with the remark, “Yikes #Prez.” He deleted the tweet later, but not before it gained widespread attention.
Dov Kleiman tweeted “This is actually gross. Seahawks Safety Jamal Adams is attacking a reporter’s family because he shared a highlight of him getting beat for a TD by the Cowboys,”
This is inappropriate because Connor didn’t specifically target Adams or say anything offensive. He essentially did nothing more than post a play that had gone viral on social media.
“Adams needs to apologize, this is not cool.”
