Affleck in an interview with Howard Stern, Ben Affleck was quite frank about his personal life in an interview with veteran radio show host Howard Stern. The actor of The Gone Girl, 49, stopped by The Howard Stern Show to talk about a multitude of topics which included his career, reputation, marriage to Jennifer Garner, alcohol struggles, and relationship with Jennifer Lopez.
Stern asked Affleck, “Was there a hesitation on your part because now you’re a dad?” considering that Lopez brings even more attention to everything he does. In his response, Affleck said about getting back together with Lopez,” It crossed my mind for sure. My responsibility to my children is the highest responsibility.

I don’t want to do anything that is painful or destructive to them if I can’t help it.” Ben Affleck was thus hesitant with Jennifer Lopez out of responsibility for his children.
Affleck has two daughters, Violet,16, and Seraphina,12, and a son Samuel,9, with his ex-wife Garner, 49.

I knew she was a good mom, and I hoped she knew I was a good dad.” Despite the fact that Garner and Affleck separated in 2018, the duo continues to co-parent their three children in a friendly manner. Garner even joined her ex-husband and Lopez for Halloween to entertain and have fun with their kids.
Holiday Plans
According to a source, “They are doing really well. Jennifer loves being with Ben. She feels it’s truly meant to be.” Another source divulged that although the schedules of the duo are hectic, Affleck and Lopez are expecting to spend the holidays together this year. The source added, ” For Jennifer Christmas is all about the kids.
She makes it very special for them. She loves Christmas. This year, it will take some more planning since Ben wants to be with his kids, too. They haven’t made any specific holiday decisions yet and are still working it all out.”
